I also authorize any photographs and/or videos taken during festival related activities and/or functions may be used for publicity purposes. I understand that the Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest, LLC is not responsible for the loss of any of my personal belongings or any illness or accident that may occur at the interview, rehearsal, pageant, festival, or festival related activities and functions. I hereby release all volunteers and board members of the Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest from any and all liability.

If selected as a Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest Queen:

-I will attend all Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest festivities November 8-10.

-I will attend promotional events prior to the festival.

If selected as a Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest Queen:

-I will attend all Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest festivities November 8-10.

-I will attend any promotional events prior to the festival.

-I will attend a minimum of eight other festival or fair events within one year, representing the Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest.

-I will represent the Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest respectfully, positively, and graciously at all times in public and on all social media outlets.

-I will not complete for any other title during my one year reign as a Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest Queen without consent from the Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest Board.

TEEN MISS QUEEN AGREEMENT

I have read, understand, and agree to the TEEN MISS QUEEN AGREEMENT.

If selected as a Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest Queen, I agree to sign the agreement.

MISS QUEEN AGREEMENT
