MERCHANDISE
- All items MUST BE HANDCRAFTED BY the VENDOR applying for booth space. The selling of purchased items is allowed for businesses that operate in the Carencro area only.
- Food/Beverages are not allowed to be sold.
- Absolutely NO T-SHIRTS (DEPICTING ANY DESIGN) are allowed in the Arts & Crafts Area.
- No offensive, racial or drug-related merchandise can be displayed, sold, or distributed. This will be monitored during the festival, and if any objectionable merchandise appears, the vendor will be asked to remove such merchandise immediately. Failure to comply will result in immediate booth closure, and no refund will be given. No real & functional knives or weapons of any nature are allowed.
- Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest does not guarantee exclusivity to one product and/or service.
- All items to be sold, distributed, or displayed in the vendor’s booth during the festival must be listed on their application form and are subject to board approval. Please give a detailed description of all items/merchandise.
- Vendor agrees that Vendor, Vendor employees, guests, and invitees will adhere to all Federal, State, Parish, and municipal laws and codes. Vendor acknowledges that the Vendor is solely responsible for being knowledgeable of said laws and codes. Any violation of said laws and codes will be grounds for eviction from the Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest grounds without notice. The vendor will not be refunded.
- No vendor will be allowed to use or sell any items with the phrases (listed below) or phrases related to the festival name printed on them. We will strictly adhere to this policy.

- Copyrights: The vendor will assume all costs arising from the use of patented, trademarked, franchised, or copyrighted music, material, and devices. Processes or dramatic rights used on or incorporated in the event. The vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest and its board members and volunteers from any claim on cost, including legal fees, which might arise from questionable of use of any such material described above.
BOOTH
- No booth will be allowed to open without full payment of all fees.
- We do not provide tents, roofs, tarps, sides, chairs, tables, or extension cords.
- All tents must be secured safely.
- NO campers, vehicles, or golf carts are allowed in the Arts and Crafts area.
- Cooking is NOT allowed.
- Booths must open with festival hours and must stay open till at least 10 pm on Friday and Saturday, and until festival closing time on Sunday.
- Each approved application is granted two festival weekend entry passes and one parking pass. Additional passes and parking permits may be purchased.
ELECTRICITY
- Electricity can be provided for a fee on a first-come, first-serve basis as it is limited.
- If electricity is purchased, the vendor must provide their extension cord.
- Generators may not be used.
- Outside lighting will be provided. Battery operated lights are encouraged for each vendor booth.
CLEAN UP
- Each vendor is responsible for maintaining their space. Booths must be kept clean and free of trash and any hazards.
- Trash bins and broken-down cardboard boxes must be placed at the front of your booth at the end of each night for festival maintenance to pick up and dispose of.
- Cleanliness of the booth area will be enforced and evaluated daily. Failure to comply will result in the closure of the booth and vendors will not be welcomed back to the Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest.
YOUTH BOOTH
- All items MUST BE HANDCRAFTED BY YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR.
- Young entrepreneur is defined as a person under the age of 16. Young entrepreneurs must provide proof of age if requested.
- Vendors must follow all rules and regulations stated above except for booth open and closing times.
- The booth must be staffed by young entrepreneur and an adult at all times.
