Tonia Johnson, President

Tonia Johnson is a dedicated supporter of the Carencro community. A graduate of Church Point High School, she earned an Associate’s Degree from LSUE and a cosmetology license from Acadiana School of Cosmetology. She and her husband of 25 years, Jake, are proud parents of three sons, Ian, Zan, and Baze, and have called Carencro home for many years. Together, Tonia and Jake own Warchiefs Sports and RePlay Sports, businesses dedicated to serving local youth and families. Tonia is actively involved in several community organizations, including the Carencro Cultural District, Carencro Business Association, and Carencro Kiwanis. As President of the C’est Bon Seasoning Fest, Tonia is passionate about celebrating Carencro’s heritage, supporting local businesses, and creating opportunities that bring the community together. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her sons at baseball and basketball games and traveling with her family.

Tracie Lenormand, Vice President

Tracie Lenormand is a resident of Carencro. She attended Carencro Heights, Carencro Middle and Carencro High School. She is the owner of Salon Rouge Carencro. Tracie is married to Rocky Lenormand and they have three boys, Braedyn, Keilyn, and Channyn. Tracie is the president of Carencro Kiwanis, a member of Carencro Cultural District and Krewe de Wideload, and she serves on the board of the Bullpen Baseball Club supporting Carencro High baseball. She loves planning events, designing t-shirts, and watching her boys play baseball.

Cindy Cole, Treasurer

Cindy Cole is a proud graduate of Carencro High School and a dedicated community volunteer with a passion for giving back. Following a successful 41-year career in the banking industry, she retired and has continued to devote her time and energy to serving others. Cindy remains actively involved in her community as Treasurer of the Carencro Business Association, where she helps support and promote local businesses. Her commitment to service extends well beyond her professional career, as she enjoys volunteering and contributing to initiatives that make a positive impact on the lives of others. Above all, Cindy values family. She is the proud mother of two children, grandmother of six grandchildren, and great-grandmother of one great-grandchild. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, creating lasting memories with loved ones, and embracing new adventures wherever life takes her.

Purvis Morrison, City Liaison

Amanda Duhon, Secretary

Amanda Duhon is a  resident of Carencro and a graduate of Carencro High School. She holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.  Amanda is married to David Duhon. They have 3 children, Danielle, Ashley, and David and four grandchildren. She currently serves as the Mother’s Day Out Director at  The Family Church and bookkeeper for All Wood Furniture. In addition to her professional roles, Amanda is a member of Carencro Kiwanis and secretary for C’est Bon Seasoning Fest. She enjoys being involved with the C’est Bon Seasoning Fest because it brings families and friends together to celebrate local culture, community, and traditions.

Candyce Tompkins, Pageant Director

Charles LaCaze Jr, Queen Coordinator

Professionally serving as Director of Human Resources for Dupre Carrier Godchaux, Charles brings energy, encouragement, & a heart for service into every role he fills. A native of Natchitoches, LA, Charles now calls Carencro home. He is proud to be part of C’est Bon because it represents something he genuinely believes in, celebrating traditions & building something positive for the future of our community. Through his involvement as C’est Bon Queen Coordinator for our C’est Bon Sprinkle Squad, he is committed to creating opportunities that uplift others, inspire young leaders, & ensure everyone feels welcomed. For Charles, our Sprinkle Squad is a community built with heart… one that celebrates service, encouragement, friendship, & creating memories that last a lifetime.

Holly Menard, Bands & Production

Holly Menard is a proud graduate of Northside High School who loves working with people and has a passion for customer service, travel, and event planning. She enjoys giving back to her community through volunteer work and serves as a board member of the Kiwanis Club of Carencro, as well as the Bands and Production leader for the Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Festival. When not planning events or volunteering, Holly enjoys traveling, shooting pool, and spending time with her fiancé, Jason and daughter, Morgan as well family and friends.

Nathaniel Babineaux, Grounds

Nathaniel Babineaux is a husband and father of two daughters. He is the son of City Councilman Antoine Babineaux Jr. and the late Willie Dean. He graduated from Carencro High School in 1993 and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2001. Nathaniel has 19 years of sales experience and is a board member of the annual Scare-N-Cro Fall Fest.

Jake Johnson is a dedicated community leader and longtime advocate for the growth and success of Carencro. He and his wife, Tonia, have been married for 25 years and are the proud parents of three sons, Ian, Zan, and Baze. Together, they own Warchiefs Sports and RePlay Sports, organizations focused on serving local youth and families. Jake serves as President of the Carencro Business Association and is actively involved with the Carencro Kiwanis. Professionally, he works as a commercial insurance producer with Poirrier Insurance and is a personal trainer at Acadiana Fitness, where he enjoys helping others achieve their goals. As a team member of the C’est Bon Seasoning Fest, Jake is passionate about supporting local businesses, and strengthening community connections.

Roxanne Latiolais, Outdoor VIP & Hospitality

Roxanne Latiolais is a lifelong resident of Carencro. She loves her family—3 children and 5 grandchildren—and takes pride in supporting her community. C’est Bon Festival is in her heart since it began, and she’s been devoted to helping make it a success.

Mayor Charlotte Stemmans Clavier, Advisory Council

Charlotte Stemmans Clavier is the current Mayor of the City of Carencro.  She is the mother of Derek (34), Anna Camille (21) and Eva (18) and the daughter of Don and the late Janet Pitt Stemmans.  She is a lifelong resident of Carencro.  She runs a family business, Stemmans Horse Supply and is active in many industry groups including Board Member of the Louisiana Thoroughbred Breeders Assn, Vice President of the La Horsemens Benevolent & Protective Assn and REAP (Racing Employees Assistance Program).  She is also active in the community as a Board Member of the Kiwanis of Carencro and the Krewe of Karencro.
