Only Food Vendors with Sales Tax and Occupational Licenses within the City of Carencro may sell food at the festival. Please note, beverages may not be sold. All Sales on the Festival Grounds for Food will be by ticket exchange. Tickets will be purchased from the festival ticket booths. Costs will be easy to manage – Food Vendors will have a choice of purchasing a Sponsorship of $3,000 or more (please see our sponsorship opportunities) OR no up front costs and 10% of Gross Sales after the festival. Food Vendors will bundle tickets by 100. Tickets can be turned in the week after the festival and checks will be mailed two days after the tickets are received and counted. Multiple Food Vendors will be allowed to serve Chili Dogs as the festival will host a chili dog eating contest. All chili dogs must have the same price point. All other items must be “Signature Food Items” – only one vendor will serve each type of item (Burgers, Jambalaya, etc.). Vendors are required to pay a signage fee of $120 payable due 45 days before the festival. All pricing signage will be provided. Vendors are required to contribute food to the festival VIP area. Vendors must provide their own tent (20’x20′ max) and set up including tables, and any necessary equipment.
