Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor selection will be based on festival needs, menu variety, compliance with regulations, and availability. Upon vendor selection, a contract must be signed and insurance must be submitted.

  • All Sales on the Festival Grounds for Food will be by ticket exchange. Tickets will be purchased from the festival ticket booths.
  • Beverages may not be sold.
  • Vendors will be permitted to sell a limited number of menu items and the sell of similar food items will not be permitted. All proposed menu items must be submitted with this application and are subject to review and approval by the C’est Bon Seasoning Fest Board.
  • Vendors must remain open during festival hours Friday, October 30 – Sunday, November 1, 2026. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by a festival board member.
  • Brick-and-mortar businesses located within Carencro city limits are required to offer at least one menu item that is unique to the festival and not regularly sold at their permanent location.
  • Vendors are required to pay a signage fee of $100 payable due 45 days before the festival. All pricing signage will be provided.
  • Vendors are required to contribute one pan of food to the festival VIP/Hospitality area. Date and Time to be scheduled the week before the festival.
  • Vendors must provide their own tent and all set up including tables, and any necessary equipment.
