REGISTRATION DEADLINE: OCTOBER 18, 2026

*We reserve the right to stop taking applications prior to deadline if the Arts & Crafts area has been filled prior to deadline.

Applicants will be notified of acceptance status within 72 hours. Approved applicants will be sent an invoice to the email address on the application form. 

Proof of insurance must be provided upon acceptance.

An event sales tax form will be supplied to all vendors. You are required to collect/remit 5% local sales tax (City of Carencro, Row F-6) on your retail sales.

Arts & Crafts Vendors Rules & Regulations Agreement & Release of Liability

The Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest Board reserves the right to remove or expel any vendor who fails to comply with the rules, regulations, policies, or directives established by the City of Carencro and/or the C’est Bon Seasoning Fest Board.

By participating in the festival, I hereby authorize the Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest, LLC to use photographs and/or video recordings taken during festival-related activities and functions for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without compensation.

I acknowledge and understand that participation in festival activities may involve certain risks, including but not limited to property damage, theft, illness, injury, accidents, or other unforeseen incidents. I understand that the Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest, LLC, its board members, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and the City of Carencro are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or liability that may occur during festival-related activities or functions.

I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the festival and release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest, LLC, its board members, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and the City of Carencro from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the festival.

NO REFUNDS will be given if you are expelled for rule violations!
