PAGEANT ENTRY FORM

I hereby release and hold harmless the CARENCRO C’EST BON SEASONING FEST, LLC, its officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, agents, and affiliates (collectively, the “Festival Committee”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, or liability arising from or related to participation in the pageant and fulfillment of the duties associated with the title. I assume all risks associated with participation and agree that this release shall be binding upon myself, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I grant full permission to CARENCRO C’EST BON SEASONING FEST to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical information in any and all photographs, video recordings, promotional materials, media publications, social media, and advertising associated with the Festival or related events, without compensation or further approval. This release is perpetual and may be used for current and future promotional purposes. AUTHORITY OF THE PAGEANT DIRECTOR/QUEEN COORDINATOR: I understand the Pageant Director and the Queen Coordiantor are the immediate supervisor of all royalty and any individual representing the Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest. All royalty, family members, and associated persons must follow their instructions. Willful disobedience may result in immediate dismissal. Their decisions are final and are fully supported by the Festival Board. CODE OF CONDUCT & MORAL CLAUSE: From the date of signing until the end of my reign/term, I agree to conduct myself with the highest standards of ethics and behavior. I will avoid any actions—public or private—that could bring disrepute, scandal, or negative attention to myself or the CARENCRO C’EST BON SEASONING FEST. This includes, but is not limited to, appearing in or posting lewd, nude, or inappropriate photos (online or in person), and engaging in illegal or criminal behavior (e.g., underage drinking, drug possession, reckless or impaired driving). If I violate this clause or am arrested or charged with a crime, the Festival Board may remove my title at its sole discretion. Their decision is final. I also release the CARENCRO C’EST BON SEASONING FEST, its Board, Pageant Director, and affiliates from liability for any personal injury or property loss incurred while representing the title. Terms are subject to change with approval by the Pageant Director or Queen Coordinator and will be shared in writing for my signature. If the Queen violates this Agreement, refuses required duties, or provides false or misleading information, the CARENCRO C’EST BON SEASONING FEST may terminate her title with 24 hours’ notice. By signing, I agree to these terms and understand I am bound by them.
