Participants have the flexibility to customize their festival experience by selecting the opportunities that best fit their business or interests. There is no requirement to participate in every category and competing is completely optional. The rules and requirements for each are provided in the sections below. Seasoning Showcase – Display, Sample, and Sell Seasoning Showdown – Judging and People’s Choice Seasoning Competition Sunday Throwdown – Judging and People’s Choice Anything Goes Live Cooking Competition Contestants may: Participate in the Seasoning Showcase only. Participate in both the Seasoning Showcase and the Seasoning Showdown. Participate in the Seasoning Showcase and Sunday Throwdown. Participate in the Sunday Throwdown only. Participate in all 3, Showcase, Showdown, and Throwdown! ALL PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE: Products featured on digital display screen on the festival grounds all weekend. Listing on the official festival website. Recognition on the festival’s social media platforms. Opportunity to participate in a “Meet the Makers Series” on Social Media prior to the event.
