PEOPLE’S CHOICE (attendees vote using a wooden token) JUDGE’S CHOICE 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place (Best all-around DRY Seasoning) TWO NEW JUDGE’S CHOICE CATEGORIES: LIQUID GOLD (best liquid seasoning—enhances anything it touches) WORLD OF FLAVOR (best non-Cajun blend) All contestants must provide a single-serving sample of each wet or dry seasoning entered for each judge by 1:00 PM on Sunday. -This sample should showcase the seasoning on its own. -Contestants may also provide an optional tasting sample featuring their wet or dry seasoning paired with the food it complements best. -Please ensure all samples are ready for judging at the designated time in the containers provided by the festival. A member of our festival team will pick them up at your tent. ENTRY FEE Entry Fee is for the number of seasonings you wish to enter into the competition. Entry fee includes a vendor fee to sell ALL of your branded products throughout the weekend. 1 PRODUCT $200 2 PRODUCTS $250 3 PRODUCTS $300 4 PRODUCTS $325 5 PRODUCTS $350 6 PRODUCTS $375 NEW: All paying festival attendees receive a wooden token to vote for the people’s choice award! Contestants will receive their name listed on the C’est Bon Seasoning website and a social media mention. Contestants must provide individual servings of seasoning for the tasters. NEW: Contestants may offer food samples. All tasting samples must be no more than 1 oz in volume (about 2 tablespoons). This helps ensure fair competition and supports our food vendors. French Fries and cucumbers will be available for a fee of $5 to festival guests through the weekend to use for tasting and include a wooden token to vote for the People’s Choice Award. Contestants may sell all of their branded products during all festival hours. Contestants must provide their set-up (tent, tables, signage, etc.). Tent space is 10′ of frontage. Register 4 or more products for an additional 10′ of tent space frontage. All Winners receive: Custom Award Ad Space on the Carencro C’est Bon Seasoning Fest Website for One Year Social Media Recognition People’s Choice and 1st Place Judge’s Choice Receive Free Entry into the 2026 Seasoning Showdown.
